FINANCING PUBLIC EDUCATION IN DELAWARE 2022, STATE LEVEL ANALYSIS, DISTRICT LEVEL ANALYSIS 
SUMMARY: The report provides a system-wide review of the public education finance system in Delaware and offers details about how public education revenue is raised and
spent. Understanding the allocation of resources can drive policy choices and highlight accountability of the system.

POLICY ISSUES IN PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE USA, A LITERATURE REVIEW
SUMMARY: The literature review considers the issues of efficiency in financing public education, problems encountered by educators and policymakers on the way of
implementing policies aimed at overcoming the achievement gap, as well as success and failures of said policies.

DELAWARE BEHAVIORAL RISK FACTOR SURVEY ANALYSIS: 2017, 2018, AND 2019 REPORTS
SUMMARY: These three reports analyzed adult Delawareans health conditions and behaviors based on the Behavioral Risk Factor Survey (BRFS) 2017-2019 datasets. These reports aim to provide Delaware health policymakers and health providers statistical evidence for better policy design and decision making.

​DELMARVA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY ELECTRIC RATE CASES IN DELAWARE: ACCOUNTING CONCEPTS AND EMPIRICAL DATA
SUMMARY: This white paper introduced utility accounting concepts and demonstrated how a regulated utility determine its electric rates, using rate cases data of the Delmarva Power & Light Co. in Delaware.

DELAWARE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT ENROLLMENT PROJECTIONS (2014-2040)
SUMMARY: The projections represent the Delaware public school system which includes the 16 traditional school districts, the three vocational-technical school systems, and the current set of charter schools as configured in the 2015-16 school year.

US DOT Thriving Communities Program

UD's Grant Assistance Program (GAP) helped plan and host technical assistance providers in Milford and Slaughter Beach as part of the successful US DOT Thriving Communities Program application in 2022
