Labor force is key to the growth of any economy.  Labor force fills jobs, thereby generating products and services, yet also supports local businesses by demanding good and services.

By understanding the economic performance and growth patterns of the state, future requirements in the areas of labor force, education, health care, etc., can be identified.

To this end, CADSR tracks the performance of the state of Delaware. The economic performance of a state can be measured in a variety of ways.

The Bureau Of Labor Statistics (BLS) reports monthly employment figures for the state through the BLS790 Establishment Survey Program  This program is administered in Delaware by Delaware Department of Labor's Office of Occupational and Labor Market Information.
